Homoeopathy in plantar psoriasis: An evidence-based case report

Introduction: Plantar psoriasis is a variant of and accounts for 3–4% total cases psoriasis. Psoriasis, an autoimmune chronic inflammatory disease the skin, can leave patient in agony with its distressing infection episodes. The homoeopathic system medicine offers wide range medicines that have beneficial role managing as depicted previous studies. Case summary: A distinct case plantar treated remedies ultra-high dilution has been presented here. evidence-based illustrations were done before after treatment periodical objective assessment lesions area severity index (PASI) calculation to ascertain prognosis. causal attribution outcome was evaluated using Modified Naranjo Criteria Homoeopathy (MONARCH) tool. Marked improvement found psoriatic evidenced photographically PASI scores showed significant reduction affirming same. MONARCH score (+9) suggested clinical likely attributable treatment.
